Academic CentersMath Academic Center will meet in individual Math Rooms English A. C. in Machetta's (Rm 203) Science A. C. in Vroman’s (Rm 213) classroom Every teacher in each of these departments are available for help throughout the semester. Students not ASSIGNED to A. C. but wanting to get help on a particular day, must first go to assigned SST classroom and then get permission from SST teacher who will sign student agenda book to release them to specific A. C.

Class Officer Elections...All students interested in running for class officer for the 2016-2017 school year should pick up a petition form from the office. All class officer petitions are due Friday, April 29 at 3:00 PM and they need to be given to the teacher listed on the form. The election will be held on May 3 during lunch.
Trust OfficersAll students interested in running for a TRUST officer position for the 2016-2017 school year should pick up a petition form from the office. NHS MembersNHS members see the bulletin boards and Blackboard for new service hour opportunities at Seneca Grade School, Milton Pope, and here at SHS. Email Mrs. O'Connor if interested. Remember, you have 4 of your 8 junior service hours due May 20th.

Grundy County Clerk & RecorderAll students that are 18 years of age and older living in Grundy County that wish to register to vote may do so in the Commons on Tuesday, May 3rd, during all three lunches.
First Semester Drivers EdAttention First semester Drivers Ed students:If you have not picked up your permit application in the guidance office you need to do so ASAP. Permit money is also due in the guidance office.
Student Election JudgeThose interested in being a Student Election Judge please stop in the Main Office or Guidance for information. You MUST: Be a high school junior or senior in good standing Have a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Be a U.S. Citizen by Election Day Complete Training Classes Be able to work from 5;00 am until all duties are completed and close the polling place Applications are available in the Main Office and Guidance You will earn $180 for serving as a student election judge and you will receive a check in the mail at your home within a few weeks of the election.
