2016 Penguin PlungeAs some of you may know, the 2016 Penguin Plunge is right around the corner. The organization is challenging local schools to get a team together and raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and take the plunge. Last year, Marquette Academy won the Emperor’s Cup by raising the most money. Seneca could take the Emperor’s Cup from the Crusaders this year and also win other awards, such as the spirit award. The plunge takes place in Ottawa at Heritage Harbor on Saturday, January 9th, 2016. It only take 4 people to make a team, but there is no maximum. If you would like to be part of this magic and share in the power of a child/teen’s wish, stop by Ms. Sedlock’s room and get more information.
NHS MembersPick up an application for the 2015–16 NHS Scholarship Program. This year the largest sum in the program’s history will be awarded. The application instructions are available on the bulletin boards.
Cross Country Runners...All Cross Country runners need to return their uniforms to Ms. Sedlock before Thanksgiving break.

Please report directly to the commons – do not go to your SST for attendance. All freshmen and transfer students have been randomly assigned to a group that will meet with one or two of our new student ambassadors to learn more about Seneca High School as we near the end of the first semester.
